Dr. Harry Keefe earned his MD with honors from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1982 and has worked as a family physician in Colorado ever since. Today, he practices family medicine as a primary care physician at Pueblo Family Medicine. His work as a family doctor has led to multiple board certifications from the American Board of Family Medicine, which has named him as one of the top 10% of family medicine physicians. Aside from his work at Pueblo Family Medicine, he maintains a hospital practice at Parkview Hospital in Pueblo and is credentialed to work at other area medical care institutions, including St. Mary-Corwin Hospital and many skilled nursing facilities.
When not working as a physician, Dr. Harry Keefe trains and shows AKC-registered purebred Siberian Husky dogs. He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club, as well as the Siberian Husky Club of America. In 1993, he won the National Specialty award from the Siberian Husky Club of America with his Best in Specialty Show champion, Koyla of the Midnight Sun. He also maintains an active interest in golf and belongs to the Patty Jewett Men’s Golf Association.
